48All assets, liabilities, rights, obligations, powers and responsibilities of a district planning commission established under the Community Planning Act are vested in the Minister and, on order in writing, are transferred to and become the assets, liabilities, rights, obligations, powers and responsibilities of the regional service commission directed by the Minister.
